Find below the list of Documents required for the assessment process for a request for change of supervisory team.
- written request for change of supervisory team addressed to the Rector c/o the Coordinator of CRFD-STG and signed by the supervisor
- A thesis progress report (Doctorat/Ph.D) or a laboratory attestation (Master's degree) signed by the supervisor;
- Preuve de sélection (Liste de sélection) ;
- Certified photocopies of all of tuition fees ranging from the year of admission to the current academic year;
- A CV of the incoming supervisor(s);
- A letter of discontinuance from outgoing supervisor(s).
